Refund policy

At BJRNG, we aim to deliver premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, please read our policy carefully before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.

1. Return Window

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for any return, replacement, or refund request.

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted or entertained under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A product is eligible for return or replacement only if:

  • The item delivered is damaged
  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing issue
  • The size received is different from the size ordered

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must be in resellable condition
  • Proper unboxing proof/images/videos may be required

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
  • Orders placed with incorrect size selection by the customer (unless approved by support)
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Products without original tags or packaging

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed if approved.

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method for prepaid orders
  • Via bank transfer or store credit where applicable

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped based on stock availability
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered

Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on location and stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

In genuine cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping may be covered by BJRNG.

For other approved returns/exchanges, the customer may need to bear shipping charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
